Terrible! Called to say I Would be 10 minutes late as caught in traffic and they and they said it was fine as long as I was there within 15. Arrived when I said, waited as the staff were chatting in the staff area, and was then bluntly told that they wouldn't be able to cut it after all! Thing is that they only had one customer and five staff doing nothing! Will never go back again!
