Fantastic service.We very recently purchased two e-bikes.I can honestly say that they are the best thing we have done.We are cycling much further than we have done before.They really help us out when he hills around us get tough or we start to tire.We still feel we can have a work out.We don't always use the motor or have it on to the maximum.Nigel and Lisa gave us a great part exchange on our previous giant bikes as well as helping us to choose he right model for the cycling we need to do.If you are thinking about changing to an electric ,do it.Like us I don't think you will regret the buy.Lorna
