Simply fantastic. Wonderful setting, unbelievable room and friendly, professional and considerate service. Wonderful break and wonderful hotel.
Second or third visit today was here two years ago. Came in the winter. It's had some money put into it however in the winter it is very cold inside these barns although they do have roof heaters they limit the time they are on. Also lack of staff couldn't go on some things as children had to be with staff but no staff around? The snack shop is diar very small doubt they cater for vegetarians. This could be a five star place but the lack of basic maintenence and cleanliness knocks it down to 3 stars. Animals appear well look after. Pay extra for bowling and dodgems which I hate. If they just got fresh paint and cleaned the place would be better. Ball pen in barn is cold and years old. Good parking and location. Clean this place up and make it better! Hoover and paint don't cost much. Priced well.

Love this place. Keeps the kids entertained all day. Drive from Mid Devon often, so much so bought an annual pass
My Kids love it here. Once you get return tickets @5.50 each it makes for a great rainy day (though there's tons of outdoor stuff) Very large indoor soft play, trampoline area and more. On a budget, take your own packed lunch. And buy return tickets. They also have a good function room, ten pin bowling, dodgems and 2 large bars.
