Purchase my lovely fiat 500 from these lovely people and collected it yesterday. I honestly could not be happier. New mot, full check on the car and any faults fixed, and immaculately clean both inside and out. Fair price on my part exchange and an even better price paid for such a beautiful car. I could not fault any of the staff in any way. 5 star service without a doubt. I would purchase again 100% but I dont plan on getting rid of this car for a very long time .Thank you so much x

Horrific! 1 star is too good for the service we received. Avoid If you value your money or time! The ins and outs of the ordeal we had with this company is too much to type. In short we purchsed a bigger car for my wife as she was heavily pregnant and our family was growing. The car then broke down on our first long journey up north. From that point on we had nothing but problems, after further investigation from the finance company they found that the car was not fit for purpose, further discovering that some spare engine parts had been left inside the engine. After months of pursuing from the final company the owner didnt get in contact nor respond to any contact in due time and the older gentleman that initially sold me the car, Brian I think his name was, was nothing but rude, ignorant and obnoxious. Telling my wife to get a bus (35 miles) 8 months pregnant and with a toddler for her hospital visits after the car we had just purchased from them for X amount of thousands had broken down. Eventually, the finance companys Legal team had to deal with the matter, they sold the car at auction and pursued Launceston Cars for the Costs. This isnt even half the issues we had when dealing with the company. I just would not wish anyone to go through what we had to with them.
Highly recommended - 5 star service. These guys cannot do enough for you. I will definitely return for future purchases. Very very pleased the best car dealer I have ever purchased from. Cars are clean and tidy and great value for money.
