The manageress is a rude and arrogant had to report her once to the nhs hot line would not recommend
If your expectations are realistic and in line with what you should expect from the NHS then you'll be absolutely fine here. This practice is actually pretty good and still takes on local NHS patients. Appointments usually run on time (though can be occasionally cancelled at short notice), the staff are skilful and helpful and all the work I've had done here has been done properly, been relatively pain-free and it hasn't cost me an arm and a leg.
Make up their own rules as to who they see.They say they accept NHS patients but you have to be living here a year before they will consider you. No matter the proof of settlement, job, tax, NI, HMRC or DWP. Very discriminating and not part of the NHS rules.Told to go find a NHS dentist in London even though in major pain, and told by emergency dentist to see/get to a dentist ASAP.
I have just been referred for an orthodontics appointment . I needed teeth extracted before I could have a brace. The receptionist got me in the next day and I had 3 teeth out with no pain at all. Everyone was really helpful and told me not to worry. It was really good
