What a surprise to read a similar review to mine (from only two weeks ago by Julian Eslick) on their HQ in Sheffield. I bought a 10kg bag of lump coal which would not light and I had to use my wife's hairdryer to get it going. When going it gave off very little heat. On the bag it says if there is an issue to return the bag to them in Sheffield. Yeah right, a 10 kg bag of charcoal by post. So I emailed them and they said it wasn't their responsibility, they only make the stuff. various emails went back and forth and in the end I contacted Mole Valley Farmers in Liskeard who exchanged it no quibble. CPL so called customer service sucks. Spread the word, they are a shower to deal with.
Worst Instant BBQ ever and so is the despicable customer service from the BP garage in Honiton Road Exeter who said to contact the manufacturer, that's not how retail works. Paid 7,49 for this useless BBQ that dies after 30 minutes. I drove back to the garage, who told me to speak to the manager and I would have to go back tomorrow, they also said they can't be held responsible for the bad instant BBQ.I'll never waste my time buying your products again, it was a 7.49 lesson for me, but I'll tell every person I know about your badly made products with exorbitant pricing.Tesco only charge 5 and there's is way better.Lesson learnt don't but local they don't care!
