I started off going to Dean Forge where I was treated appallingly the service was dreadful. Feeling slightly annoyed I remembered seeing a shop near to where I work and thought I would pop in and see what woodburners they had. Andy was brilliant from the start and took time to go through everything that I wanted. He came out to see the fireplace on a Sunday in his own time even though I live quite a distance away. We ordered the woodburner that we liked and it is now in situ. Can't tell you how beautiful it is. No mess when it was fitted. I can't recommend Good Stoves enough infact I will be ordering another one in the new year. If you need a stove this is the place to go top class customer service. Thank you Andy for everything... From start to finish Andy and his team were professional and hard working. The installation of flue and stove, that I was able to chose in person from his showroom in Launceston is a fantastic addition to my home. And that is what it is now, a home with a very beautiful stove at the heart of it. Andy explained at all stages of the installation of what was happening and then a full instruction of the best and most efficient way of using the stove. I heartily recommend Andy Good stoves.
