AVOID, decent enough at first, bit slow responding. Luckily we took pictures of everything on the tenancy start and have taken lots more at the end. But it's still not good enough for them, the handyman they use is a husband of one of the shop girls. Goes some way to get an understanding though.Good luck if you use them, you'll probably end up involving the ombudsman like my daughter is going to have to do.Shame I couldn't give zero stars, I would have!
