Edited as original review was cut short from phone malfunction. The food was cooked very well. Although the price was a little high for what was received compared to other places we have dined. The hot chocolate came out tasting like milk and the waitress obligingly made some more for us and all though they were obviously darker the flavour was still missing from the beverage. I am assuming it was just the particular brand the restaurant used that we did not like.We decided to dine at the restaurant for breakfast, as we were told about the waterfall we could view while eating. This however turned out to be a man made one that was not operating until we had almost completed our meal. The restaurant it's self has a lovely crisp and clean feel to it.
Excellent coffee, very courteous and helpful staff, impeccable presentation, and good views from the restaurant. If you happen to been in the area, this is a great little spot, perfect for the family or a group of friends. The menu and food options are very good for lunch.
Had a lovely seafood chowder, good size for a starter item. The side dish of veges and the kids meals were of generous portion size. Price for mains not cheap though. Came here on a week day - pretty quiet, the whole adventure park was pretty dead.
We had our Christmas Function here on Saturday night that catered for around 80 people. Drinks on arrival and throughout the night were kept topped up. We had a 3 course meal that was scrumptious and plentiful, a special mention to Nicole and Elliot you done a great job. Seating was spacious and the room was presented lovely, excited to come back. I really love the atmosphere here. It's such a beautiful location and the staff are great. We were served very quickly and our meals arrived fast and all together. The food was very nice although possibly on the little expensive side for lunch. The location makes the extra cost well worth it though.
