All of our bunnies have been seen at this branch at one point or another, we have full confidence in Jo and her team and would highly recommend to anyone, particularly if you are looking for a rabbit friendly practice
The thing that sets this practice apart from others is the exceptionally high level of care, not only for the animals that they treat, but for the pet owners, as well. Jo and her team brought our miniature puppy back from death's door. They have done an absolutely wonderful job, looking after our 20+ dogs and bearded dragons. In common with other reviewers, we are grateful for the informative description of conditions and associated treatment.At all times, all staff members are professional and very friendly. I cannot recommend Launceston Vets4Pets highly enough.
Easy to find open all day and weekends the staff are very caring and friendly including reception the practice is very clean and they explain proceedures and medication well and are very honest they will not go ahead with anything until you are happy including the cost they always have time for your pet and you I have had two rabbits neutered here and it was 1st class service would highly recommend this vet.
Amazingly outstanding vets and staff. They all go above and beyond and this is not just a job for any of them. They all really care for the animals and owners
Can not praise this practice highly enough Joe and Hattie the vets are brilliant and the whole staff are very professional and caring.I am sure they saved our cats life and the ongoing care has been excelent.Highly reccomended.
