Can never get an appointment so don't bother ringing
The Dr's here are always friendly, supportive and helpful. You don't feel rushed, and the nurses deal with my phobia of needles without making me feel silly. I couldn't fault them at all. Nobody likes having to visit the drs, but if you have to, I'd definitely recommend here.
I owe my life to this surgery. They phoned me out of hours with bad blood test results and offered me an immediate ambulance, which I declined. Without the call, Id probably be pushing daisies. Doctors are amazing, very friendly and committed.
I have used this medical centre for the past fourteen years.Apart from having difficulty twice in getting an appointment with a named GP,I have had no reason to criticise it at all.I have always been treated with respect and understanding.I feel that the attack on here against Dr.Janice Haddon is unjustified.In fact,I always try to see her first and have always been correctly diagnosed,treated like an adult and respected.Likewise with other staff I have met.
This shame that the receptionist let this place down. Can't praise doctor reed enough so nice and calm and welcoming really helps you and makes you feel better
