Firstly seen by Charlie who was very friendly and then promptly seen by Rachel for my eye test who explained in understandable terminology the procedure. Finally advised and helped to choose glasses that suited me. I am very impressed with this store.Thank you
All staff are helpful and welcoming. Always very busy but no one is flustered. Prices are very affordable and as a contact lens user they offer me great deals. But every issues I've ever had with my lens gets solved instantly by the staff.
